Recently, inspired by AK71 (http://singaporeanstocksinvestor.blogspot.com/), i revised my investment plan & strategy to kick-start a 5 yrs plan to obtain a passive incomme of $50k/yr. To achieve this:
1) A flat to rent out (achieved);
2) Passive incomme from Stock Market about 20k/mth, or 360k/yr.
