Review the Passive Income Plan at 2011
Dividend collected about $2,500 so far, only completed half of the target because the plan was started mid 2011.

Plan on Passive Income
Recently, inspired by AK71 (http://singaporeanstocksinvestor.blogspot.com/), i revised my investment plan & strategy to kick-start a 5 yrs plan to obtain a passive incomme of $50k/yr. To achieve this:
1) A flat to rent out (achieved);
2) Passive incomme from Stock Market about 20k/mth, or 360k/yr.
I chose to slowly acquire S-REITs to reach target 2) by 7-8% annual divident income. Below is my portfolio of REITs by order of capitals:
